The existing School Marjum Memorial School at Aalo was purchased by the Province in the year 2007. In 2007, Marjum Memorial High School and Hostel, adjoining the college land, was procured by the MSFS from Mr Doyi Ado, former education minister, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. From 2008 academic session, the MSFS took over the institution to ensure quality and continuous education beginning with LKG leading up to graduation. The school caters to students from the town as well as from the nearby villages. One SABS sister assists the school.  In 2008, Fr. Philip Mhonchumo took charge as the head master of the school. The existing hostel provided facility for children from the interior villages to pursue their education. When Fr Philip was transferred to Peren, Fr. Joseph Bamhingbe took over the charge of the School. Fr Benjamin Nakho assisted in the school and hostel. Fr. Genes Shangpliang served as the head master from 2013-2016 and Fr Augustine Thundathil from 2016-2021. Fr. Panii Paul served the centre as the Hostel warden of the SFS School at Aalo from 2013-2014 and Fr Roshan Kanjirathinkal from 2015-16 and Fr Solomon Tirkey from 2016-2021. At present Fr Thomas Arackel is appointed the Headmaster of the school from March 2021. The Adoration sisters give their service to the school.
